Shipping & Returns
TL;DR
- Everything is printed on demand. I do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or changed minds.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly misprinted, I will replace it or refund it.
- Orders are made after you place them and usually arrive within 5β12 business days.
- Contact me directly if there is a problem. You do not need to contact the printer.
Returns & Refunds
Fat Merman Designs is a print-on-demand shop. Every item is made specifically for you after you place your order.
This allows me to release new designs quickly and offer a wide range of products. It also means I have to be strict about returns.
What I do not refund or exchange
Because items are custom-made, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Changed your mind after ordering
- Color looks different than expected due to screen differences
- Personal taste or preference issues
Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
What I will fix or refund
If your item arrives with a genuine issue, I will take care of it.
This includes items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Torn, stained, or defective
- Misprinted beyond normal print variation
- Incorrect items or designs
To report a problem, email info@fatmerman.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
You do not need to return the item. There is no need to contact the print provider directly. I handle all issue resolution.
Reporting window
Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. This is the production partnerβs policy and the window I work within.
Refunds and replacements are handled according to the policy outlined above. Chargebacks submitted for reasons covered under the non-refundable policy may be disputed with the payment provider using this page as reference.
How Orders Are Made
Orders are produced using on-demand manufacturing partners through Printify.
When you place an order:
- The order is routed to the appropriate print partner
- The item is printed specifically for your order
- The item ships directly to you
I do not stock inventory or ship from a warehouse.
Print and Color Disclaimer
Because items are printed to order, small variations are normal.
- Minor differences in print placement
- Slight color variation between screen and fabric
- Small differences between multiple items in the same order
These are standard characteristics of print-on-demand products and are not considered defects.
If your item arrives damaged or clearly incorrect, it qualifies under the refund and replacement policy above.
Shipping
Where I ship
At this time, I ship to the United States only.
Production and delivery time
Orders are produced after purchase.
- Production time: 2β7 business days
- Shipping time: 3β7 business days depending on location
Most orders arrive within 5β12 business days.
Delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues. I monitor orders and step in if something looks off.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
If you do not see it, check spam folders and any alternate email accounts used during checkout.
Wrong Address Policy
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order is already in production or shipped, it cannot be rerouted.
- If a package is returned to sender, reshipment fees may apply
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs
If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, email me as soon as possible. If production has not started, I can often correct it.
